Chesapeake Layout

My model train layout is an small N scale (1:160) layout. It is based on the "Carolina Central" as developed by Model Railroader magazine.  For my purposes the track arrangement has been adapted to fit the shorter, but wider table top that I had. Also, the track plan was modified to use Bachmann E-Z TrackŪ. The layout is composed of one main line, with three industrial spurs. Also, there is an interchange  track. Hidden at the back of the layout is a two track staging yard.

Below is a collage of the railroad. To see a detail of the layout in more detail, click on the area of interest.
